How to use:
Lather cleanser with a small amount of water and use all over as a face wash and/or body wash to visibly improve skin texture and tone. Rinse thoroughly. For best results, follow with Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating Salicylic Acid Moisturising Lotion.
Gentle enough for daily use, even on sensitive skin. Suitable for people who may be prone to Keratosis Pilaris (also known as ‘chicken skin’ or ‘strawberry legs’).
Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs rinse thoroughly with water.

Gentle
I have combination dry mature skin and I found this cleanser to be a little bit too much for daily use , as it made my skin feel more dry but when I used it 2x week it was perfect. My skin feels so much smoother, less textured and it has healthy glow. Love it has a glycerin and niacinamide in it which helps with moisturising and brightening. For my surprise it didn’t brake me out as my skin does react on salicylic acid if used too often and the fact it has extra mandelic acid and PHA too. Loved the fact it don’t have fragrance and you need just one pump to cover all face and neck. A little goes along way.

Great for sensitive skin
This product gently exfoliated my skin leaving it feeling very soft.
I thought the product was watery and had a strange smell but not bad enough to prevent me from using it. I’ve noticed a few others brands of sa cleanser smell similar, so it’s not out of the ordinary.
I loved using this on my body. It improved body acne and rough skin on elbows and knees. I like using it before and after shaving to prevent ingrown hairs.
I don’t particularly like this one to use on my face. I prefer another brand because it’s slightly thicker and does a better job unclogging the pores on my nose.
Brilliant for sensitive skin, no irritations at all

Really enjoy using it
My immediate thought when I started using the product was that I absolutely loved the texture/consistency. I'm not usually a fan of foaming cleansers, but this one's really nice.
My skin is generally clear, but I do get spots and I do have some blemishes. I tend to get a huge increase in spots when I'm hormonal, but so far, since using this cleanser, that hasn't happened.
I love that this cleanser has active ingredients, but isn't at all harsh on my skin. My face doesn't feel stripped/tight after using it.
I'm really enjoying using the product, and would *easily* recommend it.

Better than I imagined
I suffer from small white spots and lines on my forehead and wanted to specifically test this product to see if it makes a difference. It's fairly expensive if you use it twice a day, however it was worth it. The texture is quite unusual to me, it has a very mild grainy feel and feels moisturising when applied and then washed off. I was worried my face wouldn't feel clean and would have a breakout. I was wrong, it has improved my forehead and my chin, which can get greasy at certain times of the month, seems clearer. I'm going to carry on using it and see the longer term results, however after just two weeks I can definitely see a difference.

Gently exfoliate skin
I’ve noticed a subtle but significant improvement in the smoothness of my skin since using this product. My skin feels noticeably softer and smoother, and I no longer need to rely on a face scrub to exfoliate. This has been a huge time-saver, especially when getting ready in the morning. I also don’t have to worry about my skin feeling rough or uneven, which is fantastic for applying makeup. In fact, I’ve been able to skip using a makeup base altogether, as my skin's texture is now smooth enough to apply foundation directly. Overall, I’m really impressed with how this product has improved my skin’s texture and made my makeup routine simpler.

Cleanser that lathers well
I’ve used this cleanser for over a week now and really love it. Just one pump is needed each time. I like to wet my face and pump the cleanser into my hands then lather up the cleanser into foam before massaging my face with the foam and cleaning in circular motions for 1 minute before rinsing. The cleanser foams really well and the lather is a creamy foam with small bubbles that is the perfect consistency for me. I use this on my face and neck and also on my back where there are acne spots. The cleansing has salicylic acid which is great at cleansing and exfoliating. My skin feels softer and brighter and even the skin on my back is improving

Another great Cetaphil product!
I have used the OG Cetaphil face wash for a few years now and was excited to try their Gentle Exfoliating SA Cleanser Face and Body wash! The product comes in an easy to use pump bottle similar to their other products, very easy to use. It contains Salicylic Acid, Mandelic Acid and PHA, these help encourage a smooth exfoliating experience. It does what it says on the tin, it left my face body feeling smooth and healthy. The product is also fragrance free (we don’t need fragrance in face and body washes!) Another plus is that you only need a small amount so it will last. I would recommend Cetaphil products and I’m very happy with this product.

Good for sensitive skin
As someone with sensitive skin, I am always cautious about using products with acids in but this was a pleasant surprise. I used it twice daily for a week and had surprisingly little reaction. After a week I did get a couple of red areas on my skin but they were purely aesthetic and weren't sore or uncomfortable. I think going forward, I will continue to use this product but only once daily as a second cleanse in the evening so I still get the exfoliating benefits of the aids daily but I can use my more gentle cream cleanser in the morning.
